Biography

Zhang Jinwei graduated from  Lanzhou University in 2010 and received a master's degree, is an attending physician, currently working in the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery of Chongqing Haijia Hospital. He is very interested in the treatment of gastrointestinal surgical diseases and often participates in relevant activities. Therefore, he is a member of the following organizations: member of Gastric and Colorectal Cancer Committee of the Gansu anti-Cancer Association, member of Gastric and Colorectal Cancer Committee of the Chinese anti-Cancer Association, member of Endoscopic and Robotic Surgery Society of the Chinese anti-Cancer Association, member of Chongqing Medical Association, and member of the Fourth Youth Committee of Chongqing Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition. Though he is only 41 years old, because of his constant efforts in the professional area, he excels in the laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery and standardized comprehensive treatment of gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, small intestinal tumor, gastrointestinal stromal tumor, appendicitis tumor, retroperitoneal tumor, and other tumors.  So his main research direction is minimally invasive surgery of gastrointestinal tumors, and hyperthermic intraperitoneal perfusion technology.
